Hall Hire Guidance and Information
The guidance notes on this page are intended to help ensure your hire of Shrewley Village Hall runs smoothly. They set out important information covering access arrangements, use of facilities, safety considerations, and responsibilities during your booking. Following this guidance helps protect the hall and ensures it remains safe and welcoming for all users. We recommend that all hirers read the relevant notes carefully before their event. If anything is unclear, the Management Committee will be happy to assist.
Gaining Entry
To gain entry you will require the four digit number to open the key safe which is to the left of the main door to the building. The access code will be supplied on completion of a successful booking
The key safe is operated as follows:
OPEN
enter 4 digit code – press each digit firmly, tip: use your fingernail
press and slide down OPEN button to reveal the key
CLOSE
return all keys and close the door until you hear it lock
scramble the numbers
Please close the safe while you are in the Hall and do not forget to replace the key in the safe after the event. Please do not take the key home with you.
